Leadership
Nate Smith, Principal
Nate Smith brings over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and project management, having worked on both the owner’s side and the general contractor side of the business. This dual perspective allows him to anticipate challenges, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide decision making with a practical understanding of how projects are executed in the field.
His experience includes serving as an owner’s representative for Fortune 500 companies as well as high growth organizations, supporting complex projects and portfolios across a range of commercial environments. Nate has led initiatives from early planning and design through construction, closeout, and operational transition.
Smith Consulting & Management is headquartered in Manhattan, New York, with a field office serving the Detroit Metro area, enabling hands-on support across all major urban markets
